General Terms

After confirming the order, the customer has the right to cancel the order as long as the company has not incurred any expenses in relation to the said order. This must be determined by the customer at the time of cancelling the order. Any costs incurred must be compensated to ECCOM.

If it was a prepayment, ECCOM will refund the money for the cancelled order (deducting any related expenses, if they exist).

The basis for order confirmation is always the agreed price, volume, material, and approximate delivery time. If the price of the work has not been agreed otherwise, ECCOM OÜ’s hourly rate is EUR 45+VAT, and the minimum order volume is 25+VAT.

All price inquiries and orders are registered. All work drawings are kept indefinitely. Responses to price inquiries and order confirmations are sent within up to 5 working days (e.g., during holiday periods, response times may be longer), typically within 24-48 hours.

If it turns out that the work is priced incorrectly and unprofitable, ECCOM has the right to change the order price, but this must be coordinated with the customer.

Warranty

The company’s goal is to deliver quality products. Typically, ECCOM’s sold devices come with a 2-year warranty and produced parts with a six-month warranty. There may be exceptions, and the customer is always notified of these. Objections to the invoice and the initial quality of the goods must be submitted within 7 working days after the handover of the goods.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal and usual use. The warranty does not apply in cases of unsuitable materials chosen by the customer or for modified products. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use.

ECCOM will inspect the product and give its assessment of whether the product falls under the warranty. If so, ECCOM will repair or replace it with an identical or equivalent product. ECCOM is responsible for the repair, replacement, and transport costs if the product is under warranty.
